Antonov Industrial Parks is into Industrial projects.

What do we do: We purchase Land, develop a warehouse and sell / lease it.

Site : Bhiwandi, MH

Responsibilities :

- Spearhead the team by planning, strategizing the leasing activities basis the project execution timelines

- Develop relationships with top corporates in 3PL, E commerce , FMCG, Auto sectors etc. who could be potential tenants for our industrial developments

- Lead and execute transactions with large Indian and Multi National Corporations and ensure a smooth closure

- Co-ordinate and seek support from respective departments for successful deal closure.

- Based out of company headquarters located in The Capital, BKC.

- Organize client meetings with MD and transaction execution team.

Preferred :

1. Industry background- Commercial or Industrial projects

2. Excellent strategizing and planning skills

3. Excellent network of Brokers and agents
