Business Development - Land Acquisition

1. Responsible for Land acquisition and overall coordination of land operation including development on a Pan India basis

2. Responsible for ensuring land registration, identification, due diligence, clearance and approvals.

3. Ensure coordination between HO and all site offices.

4. Ensure implementation of SOPs (systems and processes) for Land Management

5. Survey the environment to identify and benchmark best practices, latest developments and potential areas of growth in the industry.

6. Completely conversant with commercial terms and terminologies, payment process, legal verification of documents and ownership and due diligence in all related matters pertaining to land.

7. Provide legal consultation, advice and support to companyin respect of both existing and prospective matters, and to identify, contain and manage exposure and contingent risk.
