Senior Business Analyst (Pre and Post Sales Role):
This profile is for someone who is looking to fit into a leadership role of a pre and post-sales BA. The person would be responsible to manage a team of BA's and take full accountability in scoping out the project requirements as well as take ownership of their delivery thereafter. Ideally, a person with a minimum of 7 years' experience in an IT company of a similar business model who has a great understanding of its internal functions and extensive experience as a BA to add value to this role, would be a great fit.
The person we are looking for :
1) Should be well-versed with different technology stacks
2) Would be responsible for requirement gathering, analysis, proposal writing, documentation (SRS, business logic, flowcharts, etc.) / completing proposals/ presentations, RFP/ RFQ analysis
3) Possesses knowledge of Wireframing tools like Balsamiq, Visio, mockups etc
4) Should be able to develop a growing understanding of our technology & keep up with other industry developments
5) Can co-ordinate with the team & management
6) Must be able to build and maintain client relationships
7) Has excellent communication skills
