Role Overview:

- We are looking for a Marketing Manager with a deep understanding of the Web3 industry, specifically from a product-based Web3 background.

- The ideal candidate should be well-versed in blockchain, crypto, and DeFi marketing strategies, community building, and growth hacking to drive product adoption and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Marketing & Brand Growth:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies for Web3-based products.

- Drive brand positioning and product awareness in the blockchain industry.

- Optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

Product Marketing & GTM Strategy:

- Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for Web3 products.

- Conduct competitive analysis and market research for blockchain-based solutions.

- Work closely with product teams to align marketing strategies with product roadmaps.

Community & Ecosystem Engagement:

- Build and nurture an engaged community across Twitter, Telegram, Discord, and other social platforms.

- Manage influencer partnerships, ambassador programs, and Web3 community initiatives.

- Organize and promote AMA sessions, webinars, and hackathons.

Growth Hacking & Performance Marketing:

- Implement data-driven growth marketing techniques to acquire users.

- Optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) for maximum ROI.

- Leverage SEO, content marketing, and PR to boost organic reach.

Collaboration & Leadership:

- Work with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and engineering.

- Manage partnerships and sponsorships within the Web3 ecosystem.

- Monitor and report on KPIs, engagement, and campaign performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 8+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3-5 years in the Web3/blockchain industry (preferably product-based).

- Strong understanding of crypto, DeFi, NFTs, and blockchain technology.

- Proven experience in community building, content marketing, and digital advertising.

- Hands-on experience with Twitter, Telegram, Discord, LinkedIn, Medium, and YouTube.

- Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.

- Knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO tools, paid marketing tools, and Web3 growth hacks.

Preferred:

- Prior experience in a product-based Web3 startup.

- Familiarity with crypto trends, tokenomics, and blockchain marketing regulations.

- Experience in PR, partnerships, influencer collaborations, and NFT marketing.
