Anthill Ventures is a comprehensive Speed Scaling Ecosystem that helps early growth stage ventures. We source start-ups, curate deals, invest in high Scalability Quotient start-ups, support them through rapid speed scaling, and syndicate additional funding. For the last few years, Anthill has helped a number of our portfolio companies in this journey. In doing so, we have developed a valuable Speed Scaling Ecosystem of investors, corporate, mentors, experts, partners and start-ups. A-scale, our speed scaling arm has set up multiple speed scaling programs and Corporate Innovation programs in different industries. We use these programs to source & invest in innovative start-ups, and provide them with business scaling opportunities, access to smart capital, infrastructural support, industry connections and expertise. Startups in each cohort benefit from these interventions, designed to help them gain rapid market access and access to real customers over a span of a 6-12 month program. We are looking for a Program Manager based out of, or willing to relocate to Hyderabad, with smart leadership potential and a drive to make things happen. Profile Summary :

We are looking for a Program Manager to join the Anthill team in Hyderabad, India, who will be involved in setting up and running the accelerator/market access program, and coordinating all its activities. You will be tasked with developing the program to support the organization & strategic direction and liaise with corporate partners to develop the Anthill ecosystem. You will be required to manage end-to-end relations in an accelerator program and coordinate activities to scale the start-ups in the program, as the point of contact between them and corporate partners. You will assist in building and maintaining the Speed Scaling Ecosystem (of investors, cooperates, partners, mentors) to support this program. You will also be in charge of developing budgets, creating the program structure, and operating plans for programs. You will also lead communications within the community, plan and execute events and logistics, and drive social media and marketing efforts.

Responsibilities :

- Overall management and coordination of the accelerator or other innovation program and all key interventions that are part of the program

- Business development and sourcing strategic partnerships with key partners (corporate, investors) in the eco-system

- Management of activities and end-to-end relations required to support start-ups and mentors during execution of the program

- Day to day engagement and communication with cohort start-ups, mentors and partners

- Assisting in the development of Accelerator program and curriculum/modules.

- Recruiting Experts and Mentors for the program

- Developing sponsorships and partnership opportunities

- Prepare and deliver reviews to the senior management about progress, achievements, and roadblocks for the startups in the cohort

- Coordinating start-ups application and sourcing process, and contracting with start- ups & partners

- Managing program team

- Logistics of the accelerator program and events

- Organizing program launch & start-up bootcamp, and all associated logistics

- Organising Pitch/demo day

- Lead online/ offline events to execution. Manage the events calendar and ensure a constant flow of events

- Community building, active participation in the community, an organisation of events

- Participating and representing Anthill in the local Start-up community and promote Anthill at various start-ups events and activities

- Work with Marketing and Social Media folks to drive awareness

- Socializing/marketing the program and building connections with other VCs, accelerators, incubators. Build and maintain relationships with entrepreneuria networks across the country

- Monitor the website actively and ensure that the community is highly engaged without running into any challenges

- Obtain ongoing feedback proactively by interacting with the community and working with the founders in improving the experience

- Liaise with associate teams to work towards the investment mandate

Requirements :

- Minimum 2 years of program management experience

- Experience in managing teams at operational level

- Well-connected in local start-up community

- Hands-on experience in consulting or program management role, or in sourcing/working with Start-ups. Managing incubator/accelerator programs would be preferred

- Execution focused, detail-oriented, takes ownership and loves solving problems

- Team player with strong coordination skills

- Great communication skills

- Ability to creatively drive engagement and communications. Previous professional social media coordination /management experience is a plus
