Profile Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Leader to join our team and oversee compensation and benefits administration along with HR operations including payroll and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing compensation strategies, designing competitive benefit programs, and ensuring smooth HR operations to support the organization's overall goals and employee satisfaction.
Roles & responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits plans that are competitive and align with organizational goals and industry standards.
- Conduct regular analysis of compensation and benefits programs to ensure they remain competitive, cost-effective, and compliant with legal requirements.
- Lead annual salary review processes, bonus programs, and other compensation-related initiatives.
- Oversee benefits administration including health, wellness, retirement plans, and other fringe benefits; manage vendor relationships and negotiations.
- Manage HR operations team who is responsible for payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Develop and implement performance management strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives
- Act as a strategic HR to senior leaders, providing guidance and support on HR-related issues.
- Manage and mentor a team of HR professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and excellence.
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and drive organizational success.
Qualification & Work experience:
- Full time MBA in HR from a reputed institute with strong skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint, must have very good experience in Board deck preparation for the HR department.
- Experience should be minimum 8 years with renowned organisation
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of building high-performing teams.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to drive HR initiatives that support business objectives.
