Role Summary:
- Responsible for overseeing the development of new products from ideation design, benchmarking, market research Preferred retail healthcare domain.
- Understanding the consumer behaviour and lead the product development process through market research and analysis to identify patient needs and market opportunities.
- Identify, Redesign and Develop product specifications, requirements, and features that align with patient needs and business goals Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful product launches.
- Work Closely with Category, Sales, Marketing teams for new product launches.
- Analyse and track product performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive product evolution Stay up to date with market trends, industry innovations, and new product development methodologies to continually improve processes and product offerings.
- Optimize existing products in pipeline and work on innovation and continuous product improvements as per regular market analysis reports.
- Additionally responsible for Manufacturer identification through procurement
Experience:
- Experience in D2C companies with D2C Healthcare, medical device, rehibition products (after surgery support like wheelchairs), Smart watch, Nutraceutical, Health and Wellness Solutions who have worked on New Product Development.
- Experience & qualification - Any qualification, 4-6 years' experience.
