Summary
We're seeking a results-driven Program Manager to spearhead growth initiatives across entire funnel from lead to revenue within our organization. You'll play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel strategies that deliver and guide them through the entire funnel from leads to sales pipeline to maximize revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Funnel Analysis and Strategy: Lead in-depth analysis of the entire sales funnel, identifying bottlenecks, conversion points, and potential areas for optimization. Develop and execute strategic initiatives to reduce lead response time, nurturing, and conversion at each stage of the customer journey.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize sales and marketing data to monitor funnel metrics, identify performance trends, and make informed recommendations for improvements based on insights.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, product, tech and customer success teams to ensure alignment, seamless hand-offs, and a consistent customer experience throughout the funnel.
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to streamline lead qualification, scoring, and hand-offs between sales and marketing teams for greater efficiency.
- Technology Expertise: Evaluate, recommend, and implement sales and marketing automation tools to support funnel optimization and reporting.
- Reporting and Insights: Establish key performance indicators, deliver comprehensive reports on funnel performance, and communicate strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
- Vendor Management: Ensuring end to end vendor management for the funnel growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from Tier 1 college preferred.
- 3+ years of experience related to funnel management.
- Analytical mindset with a strong understanding of key performance metrics and reporting.
- Excellent project management skills, able to manage multiple projects and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
