Job Summary:

The Brand Marketing & Loyalty Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategies to elevate brand awareness, establish brand identity, and drive customer loyalty for AGEasy By Antara. You will be responsible for crafting a compelling brand narrative, managing marketing campaigns across various channels, and implementing initiatives to foster a strong customer base.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive brand marketing strategy that aligns with AGEasy By Antara's overall business objectives.

- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and competitor landscape.

- Define and manage brand identity, including brand messaging, positioning, and visual communication.

- Create and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, influencer marketing, etc.) to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

- Manage brand assets, including brand guidelines, logo usage, and marketing collateral.

- Develop and implement customer loyalty programs to build long-term relationships and encourage repeat purchases.

- Analyse marketing campaign performance and measure ROI to identify areas for improvement.

- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in brand marketing and customer loyalty.

Qualifications:

- Degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably within the D2C or healthcare sector.

- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across various channels.

- Strong understanding of customer loyalty principles and experience in implementing loyalty programs.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Creativity and a passion for storytelling to craft compelling brand narratives.

- Excellent communication, written and verbal, skills.

- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and data analysis platforms.
