Responsibilities :

- Manage all aspects of assembling complicated electronic assemblies based on assembly documents and instructions

- Component procurement management including placing orders, tracking, and receiving

- Managing schedule and quality of the electrical assemblies

- Managing schedule and quality of mechanical assemblies

- Manage packaging and shipping finished goods

- Track, update and communicate schedules on assembly commitments

- Incoming QC of internally manufactured and externally procured items

- Recruiting, training, and growing a team of very professional electrical and mechanical assembly technicians
