Roles and Responsibilities:
- Work with HR Head on Manpower Planning.
- Establish recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives.
- Meeting with Managers to discuss hiring needs.
- Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
- Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements, contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.
- Utilize the internet / social media tools for recruitment.
- Post positions to appropriate Internet sources.
- Research new ways of using the internet for recruitment.
- Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.
- Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
- Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules.
- Fills open positions efficiently and effectively.
- Develops a pool of qualified candidates in advance if needed.
- Updates recruitment tracker and Orientation Training Plan.
- Creates contacts within the industry
- Maintains all pertinent applicant and interview data in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) - internal company HR platform.
- Performs reference and background checks for potential employees.
- Writes rejection letters
- Follows the steps listed in Recruitment SOP
- Ensures that Employee Recruitment Form (ERF) is approved
- Position Description is attached to ERF
- Creation of Letter of Intent / Offer Letters
- Welcome Email to New Hires
- Handovers new hire documents to HR Coordinator for filing
- Sends list of new hires to Process Trainer and enter names in the Training Calendar
- Assists in Staff Events
- Other HR tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
- Mentor & Guide TA members on best industry practices w.r.t TA
- Carries go getter attitude and translates the same in team culture and performance
- Can design, measure and drive - team performance based on KRA's & KPI's for TA Team
- Drive performance of TA Team - based on business needs
- Hands on recruiter - will need to work on few key business positions
- Has written white papers on Innovative and Attractive TA practices (preferred)
Skills Required:
- Hands on experience with ATS (applicant tracking system)
- Thorough experience of sourcing, screening, shortlisting of profiles
- Thorough understanding of complete recruitment life cycle
- Thorough experience of using recruitment portals like Naukri.com, LinkedIn etc.
