We're building our technology platform from the ground up, and we need a dynamic, hands-on technology leader to spearhead this effort.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Performance Marketing Associate to join our team. With 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience in paid marketing, you will play a crucial role in executing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns. Your expertise will help us achieve our growth objectives and enhance our digital presence across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management:

- Plan, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns across search, social, display, and other paid channels.

- Develop and implement strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and conversions.

- Optimize campaign performance through data analysis and A/B testing.

Performance Analysis:

- Monitor and analyze campaign metrics including CTR, CPA, CPL, and ROAS to assess effectiveness.

- Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

- Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) to track and enhance campaign performance.

Budget Oversight:

- Assist in managing campaign budgets and ensure efficient allocation to maximize ROI.

- Monitor spending and performance to stay within budget while achieving campaign goals.

- Collaborate with vendors and partners to optimize cost-effectiveness.

Collaboration:

- Work closely with the creative team to develop and refine ad creatives and landing pages.

- Coordinate with other marketing team members to ensure alignment with overall marketing strategies.

- Partner with cross-functional teams to support integrated marketing initiatives.

Innovation & Trends:

- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing.

- Experiment with new strategies and technologies to drive innovation in our marketing approach.

Qualifications:

- Degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.

- 4 to 8 years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or a similar role.

- Proven experience managing and optimizing paid marketing campaigns with a focus on ROI.

- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data analysis tools and platforms.

- Hands-on experience with major digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Sharechat Ads, etc.).

- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
