Ankr Health is hiring BDRs for our Health IT team. Read REQUIREMENTS below before applying:

1. Degree + work experience:

MBA from top 20 programs in India AND 8 years of BD experience,

OR Bachelor's degree AND 10 years of BD experience in companies > 1,000 cr annual revenue

2. Health IT work experience is REQUIRED

3. USA-shift: You will work on USA (Houston) hours.

4. Expert level proficiency in verbal and written English (as your prospects are based in USA)

5. Able to travel to USA without restrictions (funded by Company)

Position comes with competitive compensation and opportunity for rapid growth as part of an international team.

Decision-makers include doctors (medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, surgical oncologists, urologists), cancer/surgery clinic administrators, ASC leaders, hospital leaders including C-suite.

You will identify and call/reach these leads, establish relationships, and guide them through the sales process working in conjunction with the sales team in India and USA. You will also be involved in creating and keeping current the BD strategy and plan for the Company.

Detailed Job Responsibilities:

- Lead Generation: Work with BD team to identify and research potential clients and markets to uncover new business opportunities

- Outreach: Initiate contact with prospective clients through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other communication channels

- Trade shows, industry conferences: Identify and plan trade shows and conferences relevant to our domain. Plan team members' participation and assist with arrangements/on-site support as appropriate.

- Qualification: Conduct in-depth needs assessments to determine the suitability of leads and understand their specific requirements

- Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of our products/services and effectively communicate their value propositions to prospects

- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and leads in our CRM system (Salesforce)

- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to seamlessly transition qualified leads, providing essential context for successful follow-up

- Reporting: Regularly provide reports and updates on lead generation and conversion metrics to the management team

- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify emerging opportunities

- Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand our business network and establish strategic partnerships

- Post-sales support: Proactively engage with customers to ensure their needs are met and additional needs + opportunities for upsell identified promptly

- Contract renewals: Work with sales team to ensure customer contracts are renewed in a timely manner and per targets identified by the Company

Qualifications:

- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Sales Acumen: A strong interest in sales with the ability to quickly learn and apply effective sales techniques

- Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with lead gen tools (Apollo.io or similar), Salesforce CRM software and proficiency in using various sales tools

- Resilience: Demonstrated ability to handle rejection with resilience and maintain a positive attitude

- Time Management: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

- Team Player: A collaborative mindset with the capability to work harmoniously with cross-functional teams

- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to evolving market conditions and changing customer preferences
