Animall Technologies - Strategic Growth Analyst - Founder's Office

Responsibilities:

Strategic Analysis:

- Take end-to-end ownership of critical business analyses that inform daily operations and strategic decision-making.

- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis of the entire industry landscape.

- Develop data-driven Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for new business opportunities.

Product Innovation:

- Ideate groundbreaking features and conduct experiments that set Animall apart as an industry leader.

- Deeply understand user needs, preferences, and lifestyles through quantitative and qualitative research methods.

- Translate these insights into actionable product strategies.

Problem-Solving & Execution:

- Be a resourceful and adaptable problem-solver, tackling a wide range of challenges faced by the business.

- Proactively identify issues and develop creative solutions, acting as the "right hand" to the founders' office.

- Exhibit strong execution capabilities, ensuring ideas are translated into tangible results quickly and efficiently.

Background & Experience:

- 2-4 years of experience in a leading consulting firm, with a focus on strategic analysis and problem-solving (Startup experience at the founders' office level is a plus).

- Proven track record of successfully leading and completing at least 3-4 complex consulting projects.

- Graduation from a top-tier engineering college is a requirement.
