Must Haves:

- Minimum 4+ years of experience in Business Development

- Highly analytical - can turn data into insights and make data-driven decisions.

- Build and own the vision, strategy, and operational execution of a zone for dairy farmers with end-to-end responsibility.

- Analyzing customer needs/ markets, competitive offering, and user requirements in depth

- Lead a team of tier 1 employees

What are we looking for?

- Passionate about building for Bharat and 0-1 problem solver

- Super dependable (we don't believe in micromanaging)

- Ability to take initiative in a constantly changing work environment with a self-driven attitude.

- Solid experience in building new monetization verticals from scratch

- Prior startup experience

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Comfort diving into data and deriving tangible insights

- Understanding or having past experience in the agritech industry will be a plus
