Industry : Fintech
Academic background : Graduation/Master's in any stream.
Work experience : 1- 3 years experience in Email/Chat process with good knowledge of Equity, Currency, or Commodity trading
Job description :
- Responsible for handling and resolving queries of customer via E-mail/ chat and call (voice).
- Ensure quick and efficient resolution of customer queries / grievances.
- Follow communication scripts when handling different topics
- Ensuring queries are resolved as per defined TAT
- Have a good positive attitude-should be committed to the work Technical Skills- NCFM/NISM VIII certifications in capital markets, derivatives, and currency derivatives (preferred)
- Excellent oral/written communication skills (English) required
- Good quantitative/analytical skills
- Customer Service, Customer Relationship, Relationship Management, Good knowledge of financial market
- Good Internet Connection is must
