Technology Product Head

Profile Requisites :

Preferred Computer Science candidates from IITs, NITs, BITS Pilani, DCE and other reputed institutes. If you are from another branch but have a strong blend of skills, aptitude and start up experiences, you are encouraged to apply. Apply only if coding is your passion.

Skills, Experiences and Aptitude :

- You love design and technological development of consumer facing platforms.

- You are an entrepreneurial CTO who feels there must be more to life than a comfy salaried job.

- You've led the full cycle of mobile/web app development from design to implementation for a startup

- You can articulate why something works or doesn't work to non-tech schmucks.

- When users provide feedback, you don't need a middleman to concoct a solution. You understand that owning a startup means you are responsible for solving all of your own problems.

- Being a great developer isn't enough anymore you are an excellent recruiter (you will create your own team), a meticulous project manager, a precise communicator and moreover an avid learner.

- You have good exposure to building web products and apps (full stack) - includes front-end and back-end.

For e.g. : Java/J2EE, Bootstrap, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Angular JS, Solr, Apache Tomcat, AWS.

- You have excellent understanding of object oriented programming, data structures, algorithmic optimizations, user experience, social media integration.

- You can build robust technology architecture, content management system and everything in between, Develop algorithms and frameworks to tap in user context and personalize the experience.

Note : Candidate should have coding/ programming skills. Past experience in developing a consumer technology product highly desirable, but not mandatory.
