General Summary of the Profile :   Associate Product Manager would be responsible for complete product lifecycle in synchronization with Product Head, where in he/she will collaborate closely with the stakeholders to identify, define, and design solutions to improve user growth, product discovery, data science, machine learning & search quality and the customer experience. Collaborate with the teams to translate vision into solutions which will drive business results.   Duties and Responsibilities :  - Understanding product strategy and vision for e-Commerce site & user needs.  - Product discovery, Search, User Recommendations and Personalization for ecommerce business.  - Getting along with Product Head and designing new products, Create Product Flows, Wireframes, and Prototypes  - Manage the product roadmap across- desktop, mobile and tablet platforms. Release plan for focus areas and manage expectations with all relevant stakeholders.  - Proactively identify gaps in the current e-Commerce product offering and lead the effort to develop solutions that drive business value.   - Amalgamate product requirements from a variety of internal and external resources, including various cross-functional teams.   - Generate new product ideas, research/ analyze their feasibility and business impact, and then implementation of those ideas by collaborating with product head and cross-functional teams, including Merchandising, IT, Marketing etc.  - Conduct user & site search analysis and usability studies to understand how customers are interacting with the product and develop enhancements based on the results/ analysis.  - Work with Marketing, UX, Analytics, IT, Data Scientists and Merchandising team to improvise the functionalities on the website.   - Research on implementation of Data Science & Machine Learning to enhance consumer buying experience - Focused on extracting business value out of Artificial Intelligence algorithms.  - Collaborate with User Experience team on wireframes and UI designs that support the product requirements.  - Developing deep understanding of metrics devised by seniors for the product (and features) and ensure that instrumentation has been adequately implemented.  - Analyze product performance and customer feedback post-launch, and respond quickly to diagnose and correct problems.  - Determines customers' needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information.  Qualification:  - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Sciences, Technology, Business Management or equivalent experience.  - MBA from premier institute  Required Skills and Experience:  - 2 + years of progressive experience within an - Online- environment (e-commerce) with a primary focus on Product Management.  - Demonstrated success in defining and launching new products.  - Good understanding of US retail ecommerce landscape, including - best practices- features and functionalities.   - Understanding of A/B testing design and execution.  - Strong research, analysis skills & deep understanding of web technology fundamentals.  - Eyeing to become a Successful Product manager by creating best user experience & ecommerce product.  - Knowledge of site analytics tools such as Omniture or Google Analytics.  - Ideal candidate will be comfortable with managing and analyzing large volumes of complex data and presenting the findings to function seniors/ top leadership to shape the product.  Preferred Skills:  - Candidates with basic knowledge of Gemstone and Diamond Jewelry products would be preferred. Updated knowledge of fine jewelry trends in USA and international market would be an added advantage.  Soft Skills:  - Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills  - Ability to think, strategically and execute methodically.  - Excellent writing, speaking, and presentation skills  - Strong interpersonal skills, with demonstrated relationship-management skills, and a proven track record of delivering results.   - Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do what is necessary to accomplish goals.  - Strong Creative skills with ability to think out of the box
