- Jointly develop and provide inputs to the growth plan for the supply chain business, both from a short and long term perspective

- Perform a detailed analysis of high potential business areas in group and non-group businesses

- Assess competitive offerings by banks and other NBFCs and develop unique value propositions for potential anchor companies

- Oversee the execution of market surveys and analytics to identify customer segments for the supply chain business; determine the size, needs and potential profitability of these segments to plan product offering priorities and strategies

- Provide inputs to the development of the overall supply chain business plan in terms of growth targets, target segments and new product offerings

Drive superior business development initiatives to facilitate volumes growth and customer expansion

- Engage with key stakeholders across potential anchor businesses, building strong networks with the objective of business development

- Leverage a network of contacts to identify new business opportunities, both for in-house products, as well as for cross-selling of group financial product offerings

- Negotiate product offerings and lending terms and conditions with anchor companies, ensuring compliance with ABFL's risk management guidelines

- Drive the development of unique products and value propositions to meet the diversified borrowing needs of customers

- Ensure the maintenance of service offerings and customer service levels at a high standard, taking corrective action where necessary to achieve this objective

- Conceptualize targeted marketing campaigns based on customer segments and product launches and monitor their execution

Drive the implementation of the supply chain business plan with an objective of expanding market share and brand presence

- Track the performance of the supply chain business against targets, planning corrective action where necessary

- Periodically review the performance of current products, as well as proposals for new products, based on the prevailing market state and competitive action

- Ensure consistent levels of customer satisfaction across anchor businesses with a view of driving long-term relationships and growth

- Review pricing decisions and enhancement recommendations on a periodic basis
