Prior IT experience is a must.
- Responsible for recruitment cycle right from searching/sourcing and screening resumes, coordinating and conducting interviews
- Identification of the best sourcing methodologies according to the position job portals, Candidate reference, Database, Networking, LinkedIn, head Hunting, etc.
- Partner with the recruitment and relevant department to best coordinate employees- onboarding
- Gather required onboarding paperwork in line with local regulations and Company procedures and policies
- Manage absence and leave and coordinate submission of necessary documentation for payroll
- Coordinate relevant training programs
- Maintain and Implement HRIS and employee file integrity
