Roles and responsibilities
- Overall own 5 steps customer journey with Anchanto 1) easy signup 2) swift on-boarding 3) free to paid conversion 4) ensure customers are getting most out of their subscription 5) identify at risks accounts and prevent churn
- For every customer of Anchanto, ensure that the customer achieves desired goal for their business using Anchanto platforms and through interactions with Anchanto teams.
- Increase customer conversion, improve customer happiness, reduce customer churn and increase overall annual recurrent revenue from customers.
- Implement and maintain tools and systems to measure Customer Happiness Index (CHI), ticketing, team performance, usage data collection and analysis, - why customer leave analysis-, surveys, approaches A/B testing
- Develop contents and materials library for - multi-channel Selling crash-course- Ecommerce Fulfillment best practices- and other relevant materials for customers to get most out of their subscription
- Evangelize and implement - customer success- mindset within entire organization by tightly integrating functions of Product Consultant, Account Management, Customer Support, on-boarding consultants and management
- Reporting to COO, build and manage team of on-boarding specialist, account managers and help desk agents based out of Anchanto India and Singapore offices.
Salary offered: 8 - 12 LPA
