Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities

- Execute the On-page SEO - design, strategy and implementation of on-page techniques

- Execute the Off-page SEO (From creating backlinks to analysing) - Good understanding of Good & Bad backlinks, generating backlinks report on recurring basis, creating disavow on recurring basis

- Handle Search Console (Google Webmaster Tools) - Analysing keywords to maintain website health

- Handle Google Analytics - Analyse SEO & other campaigns

- Generate traffic & leads report

- Responsible for SEO lead generation KPIs

3. Skills & Experience : 

- 4+ years of experience in Digital Marketing (SEO)

- A sound knowledge of on-page optimization techniques including Keyword Research, website structure, sitemap, robots.txt, meta tags implementation, Rich Snippets, Image Optimization, page speed optimization, Disavow

- Working experience of WordPress Blogs. Knowledge of plugins & SEO optimization.

- A sound knowledge of link building techniques, including business listing, blog promotion, forum comments, blog comments, social promotion, event listing, Google local listing, content curation, Web 2.0 submission

- Good understanding of search engines (Google, Yahoo, Bing) algorithm & their updates

- Skill and the ability to use SEO tools to find actionable insights through data, competitors analysis, Backlinks analysis

- Working experience of Google Webmaster Tools

- Working experience of Google Analytics

- Should be able to work as a team

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

4. Soft Skills : 

- Capable of managing multiple projects

- Candidate must be in sync with CRM and Programmatic Automation standards and tools

- Good eye for aesthetics: layouts and colour, Story-telling

- Self-starter and should be able to proceed with minimal supervision

- Strong communication and documentation skills

- Understanding and respect multi-cultural work environment

5. Scope of the Role : 

- The role will have geographical coverage for all countries

- This role will interface with senior stakeholders and their teams
