Responsibilities Include :
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
- Process orders, forms, applications and requests as the need be for particular customers
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
- Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints, and actions taken
- Prepare and distribute customer activity reports
- As part of lead conversion, you are responsible for minimum of 90% conversion of customers from trial to paid subscription.
- You will follow the process in order to interact with leads on regular basis, calling them, giving them software demo, hand-holding them for any other software processes until they are comfortable with the software
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
- Follow up on customer interactions
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
- Responsibilities of this position include training and implementation of Anchanto Software Product to various Anchanto customers.
