Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities   - We are looking for talented Marketing Professional with excellent story telling skills to devise advertising, promotions and lead-generation programs  - Identify opportunities to align and integrate social media, marketing, and Events to drive top line revenue and generate leads  - Analyse and develop insights to continuously improve ROl on campaigns   PR & Events:  - Develop strategies for achieving Thought Leadership status for the company and for key senior personnel in relevant sectors and domains  - Be innovative in formulising PR campaigns to engage and incite the network to execute press stories   - Have a full understanding of media needs and media relationships, either directly or through PR Agencies, globally with particular focus on Asia  - To keep a diary of press communications activity and build and nurture relationships with key media contacts and category influencers,   - Manage communications budgets and event calendar across multiple countries  - Manage the communication and execution of an event, from design to lead-gen to customer facing collateral execution  - Manage company sponsorships and draft speeches, event presentations, videos, webinars with chief executives.  Social Media  - To be responsible for all social media activity and lead generation KPI's for (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn etc   - Lead a small team of Social Media, PR and Marketing executives to execute campaigns and lead-gen activities   - To develop corporate messages and disseminate proactively Social Media   - Working closely with the Creative department, our Social Media specialists develop captivating content to incite interest and create conjecture.   Skills & Experience  - 6+ years of international experience in PR and Social Media.  - An advanced hands-on knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter  - Analytical skill and the ability to use digital tools to find actionable insights  - skill and the ability to use digital tools to find actionable insights through data  - Knowledge of blogging ecosystem and principles of SEO and PR, relevant to the Company's field  - Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format and build and maintain relationships  - Great technical understanding and can pick up new tools quickly  - Start-up experience desirable
