This position will be responsible for all the marketing activities performed at Anchanto across all countries where we operate.
Content/ Inbound marketing:
- Manage and drive content creation (including blog posts, whitepapers, eBooks, reports, webinars, infographics etc.) by coordinating internal sources of know-how and external content creators & designers
- EDMs
- Manage a rich content/editorial calendar
- Generate leads via various channels
- KPI based measurement of success of content campaigns
- Manage local adaptions and translations
Define and execute channel strategy :
- Manage all relevant social media channels
- Manage blog Etc.
- Build and optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.
- Improve Website conversion
- SEO - onpage & offpage
- Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content (including offers).
- Measure and improve website conversion
Analytics :
- Define marketing analytics reports and generate reports on a weekly basis
- Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers.
- Plan and execute (paid) SEM campaigns & measure impact based on KPIs
- Manage and measure PR agency efforts across countries where Anchanto operates
- Execute offline marketing campaigns that include print and brochures
CRM :
- Manage company Customer Relationship Management system
- Work closely with Sales and Channel Management to ensure CRM has all the details and information for each company/ contact.
- Plan and manage quarterly and annual marketing budget
- Team management including work allocation, work tracking, efficient execution, performance assessment
- Manage (work and evaluate) marketing agencies as required to be partnered in different countries
- Detailed data-driven weekly reporting of the marketing activities
