1. Job Purpose :
The role should create marketing and sales campaigns to generate sales leads for enterprise and DIY products primarily through Social Media strategies, supported through PR, Events and Digital Marketing.
2. Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities :
- Own the design, strategy and implementation of marketing campaigns of multiple geographies
- Use full marketing mix to Implement and develop marketing communication and lead-gen campaigns in SEA on Social Media and Digital Channels.
- To be responsible for all social media activity and lead generation KPI's for (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, WeChat)
- Lead a small team of Social Media, PR and Marketing executives to execute campaigns and lead-gen activities
- Don the responsibility of Strategic, Operation and tactical elements of Social and Digital Marketing Strategy
- Working closely with the Creative department, our Social Media specialists develop captivating content to incite interest, consideration and acquisition.
- Develop strategies for achieving Thought Leadership status for the company and for key senior personnel in relevant sectors and domains
- Support the marketing team in local insights and the customised implementation of Asia-wide marketing campaigns
- Provide recommendations and campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of digital marketing
- Assist the marketing team with marketing projects and events as needed
- Compile reports for management showing results (ROI).
- Manage the communication and execution of an event, from design to lead-gen to customer facing collateral execution
- Have a full understanding of media needs and media relationships, either directly or through PR Agencies, globally with particular focus on Asia
3. Skills & Experience -
- 5+ years of experience in Social Media, with additional experience desired in any 1 or more of the following - Digital, Content and Influencer Marketing
- An advanced hands-on knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, particularly Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn
- Analytical skill and the ability to use digital tools to find actionable insights
- Skill and the ability to use digital tools to find actionable insights through data
- Knowledge of blogging ecosystem and principles of SEO and Digital PR, relevant to the Company's field
- Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format and build and maintain relationships
- Great technical understanding and can pick up new tools quickly
- Start-up experience desirable
- Knowledge of content marketing, communications, SEO and social media trends
- Highly organized with an ability to manage multiple projects and busy schedules.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient skills in English for clear communications and understanding
4. Soft Skills :
- Capable of managing a small team and multiple projects
- Candidate must be in sync with CRM and SM Automation standards and tools
- Good eye for aesthetics: layouts and colour, Story-telling
- Self-starter and should be able to proceed with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Understanding and respect multi-cultural work environment
5. Scope of the Role -
- The role will have geographical coverage for all countries
- Will have occasional travel involved for Agency Interaction and Event related activities
- This role will interface with senior stakeholders and their teams
