1. Job Purpose :

The role should create marketing and sales campaigns to generate sales leads for enterprise and DIY products primarily through Digital Marketing (SEM and SEO) supported through Social Media and Influencer Marketing programs.

2. Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities

- Own the SEM - design, strategy and implementation of Paid Search Marketing campaigns of multiple geographies on Google, Baidu, Bing and Yahoo (not an exhaustive list)

- Own the SEO (right from local Keyword Research, Backlinks to Content Marketing) for multiple local websites

- Strategise SEM campaigns for B2B and B2C products

- To be responsible for all SEM and SEO lead generation KPI's for

- Lead a small team of Digital, Content and Marketing executives to execute campaigns and lead-gen activities

- Don the responsibility of Strategic, Operation and tactical (including writing precise and clear ad-copies) elements of Digital Marketing Strategy

- Working closely with the Creative department, our Digital Marketing specialists develop captivating content to incite interest, consideration and acquisition.

- Support the marketing team in local insights (keywords, Ad-copies, Landing Pages) and the customised implementation of Asia-wide marketing campaigns

- Provide recommendations and campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of digital marketing

- Compile reports for management showing results (ROI) for budget/impression and Leads

3. Skills & Experience -

- 6+ years of experience in Digital Marketing (SEM & SEO), with additional experience desired in any 1 or more of the following - Social, Content and Influencer Marketing

- An advanced hands-on knowledge and understanding of SEM platforms particularly Google Adwords, Bing and Baidu

- Skill and the ability to use digital tools to find actionable insights through data

- Knowledge of blogging ecosystem and principles of SEO and Digital PR, relevant to the Company's field

- Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format and build and maintain relationships

- Great technical understanding and can pick up new tools quickly

- Start-up experience desirable

- Knowledge of remarketing communications, SEO and social media trends

- Highly organized with an ability to manage multiple projects and busy schedules.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Proficient skills in English for clear communications and understanding

4. Soft Skills -

- Capable of managing a small team and multiple projects

- Candidate must be in sync with CRM and Programmatic Automation standards and tools

- Good eye for aesthetics: layouts and colour, Story-telling

- Self-starter and should be able to proceed with minimal supervision

- Strong communication and documentation skills

- Understanding and respect multi-cultural work environment

5. Scope of the Role -

- The role will have geographical coverage for all APAC countries

- Will have occasional travel involved for Agency Interaction and Event related activities

- This role will interface with senior stakeholders and their teams
