JD :

Qualification: MBA in Finance (preferred) / MTech in Planning

Experience: 5 - 8 years

Work Profile: Need experience in valuation, development advisory, commercial due diligence and market research. Knowledge of building financial model is a must.

- Experience in undertaking valuation of under construction or operational asset classes - residential, commercial, retail, educational institutes, hospitals, industrial properties, etc.

- Experience in undertaking feasibility studies, highest & best use studies, commercial due diligence, market research reports, price discovery studies, etc.

- Excellent knowledge of financial model is a must

- Knowledge of report writing, either in word or in ppt

- Must be a team player

- Have interest and acumen to learn new things on job
