Responsibilities :
- Proactively explore and engage in business development across Commercial client. These activities would be undertaken through networking, industry seminars, leveraging the existing relationships of other business units.
- Manage the preparation of marketing materials such as presentations, proposals etc.
- Develop and execute parallel strategies for business development, working alongside Line Mangers in the group.
- Ensuring optimum client service delivery and engagement
- calls, meetings, presentations etc.
- Team Handling experience of minimum 2 years required
Support for Transaction Services :
- Consultancy & Advisory to effectively conclude real estate transactions.
- Financial and Strategic Analytical skills are desirable.
- Ensure timeliness and accuracy of deliverables such as timelines, cash flows, presentations and approvals.
