Role : To acquire new business for the five Value Added Services businesses of ANAROCK, viz, ANAROCK Digital Services, Creative Services, Post-sales Customer Management Services, Tech CRM solution and Research Services.
Description and deliverables :
- To scan the market in respective region (West, North, South) and build relations with Real Estate Developers (the key client segment)
- To pitch ANAROCK VAS suite to the developers and secure business from them, with support from the Business Leads of each of these 5 businesses
- To maintain relations with the Developers for upsell / cross-sell opportunities.
- This would be an individual contributor role
Key Result Areas :
- Revenue in Year 1 from the developers acquired
- Revenue increase in subsequent years from the same developers
- Client satisfaction in the business development process
Typical profile :
- 10+ years of experience, of which 5+ years should be in B2B sales
- Strong connect with Real Estate Developers in your region or at least your city
- MBA preferred
- Great communication skills
- Ability to learn new products
- Typically working currently in one of the following roles :
- Sales teams of realty portals like MagicBricks, 99Acres, Housing.com, commonfloor
- CRM teams facing real estate - Salesforce, sell.do, Lead-squared etc
- IT solutions companies selling to real estate sector - SAP or other ERP companies
- Sales team of Digital Marketing agencies - Social Kinnect, NetBiz, Real Atte, etc
