PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES - Revenue generation
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Tracking market landscape of co-working and co-living operators
- Business Development and relationship Management with Co-working and co-living Operators and schools
- Client Relations - Both Co-working and Office Occupiers, similarly for the co-living.
- Developer relationship: Tracking of existing and new supply for office supply, Greenfield or Brownfield supply for co-living, land parcels are Schools
KEY PERFORMANCE :
MEASURES - Revenue generation
- Client satisfaction
- KPIs / KRA- s
- Implementation of Best Practices / Innovation
- Degree holder with a minimum 4- 8 years of experience.
- Full understanding of the real estate transaction practices with expertise in office transactions / Co-living transactions
- Exposure and experience in dealing with occupiers and developers/landlord
- Ability to think strategically and develop real estate solutions based on market conditions and client requirements
- Ability to adapt and perform under pressure
- Possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Excellent communication skills.
