- Working with the India lead to support the development the data center vertical
- Proactive business development on the corporate and enterprise side to win new and nurture existing relationships
- Identifying opportunities for rack sales / leasing and converting such opportunities to engagements
- Sourcing and executing data center rack sales / leasing transactions including organizing site visits for clients and handholding clients through the life cycle of the transaction
- Assist the client in negotiating and closing the transaction successfully
- Keeping abreast of market and competitor intelligence by networking closely with market participants and assisting internal research teams to leverage such intelligence to business advantage
- Responsible for customer satisfaction by achieving highest standards of service delivery.
Required Candidate profile :
- Graduate / Post graduate /BE/ B.Tech/MBA with 6-8 years of post-graduation experience
- Experience with data center sales and business development and / or certified by Uptime preferred. Data Center Operations with a flair for sales and BD
- Ability to win new clients and independently conduct project meetings, follow-ups and successful closure of deals.
- Good networking skills, Self Starter
