Key Responsibilities :
Business Development & Client Relations :
- Provide advisory / consultation to customers in marketing and purchasing property for the best deal under the best terms
- Understand clients needs and propose solutions that suit them best
- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties value
- Accompany the customer for site visits & display property to them
- Develop network and engage with various channel partners / brokers & promote sales
- Being abreast with the developments in the retail sector and understanding the impact of micro & macro economics on the sector .
- Proactively explore and engage in business development across Retail client. These activities would be undertaken through networking, industry seminars, leveraging the existing relationships of other business units.
- Manage the preparation of marketing materials such as presentations, proposals etc.
- Develop and execute parallel strategies for business development, working alongside Line Managers in the group.
- Ensuring optimum client service delivery and engagement ; calls, meetings, presentations etc.
- Consultancy & Advisory to effectively conclude real estate transactions.
- Financial and Strategic Analytical skills are desirable.
- Ensure timeliness and accuracy of deliverables such as timelines, cash flows, presentations and approvals.
