Anarock - Research Manager

- This role entails working closely with the research team as well as the senior management to draft research reports, whitepapers, research notes, and presentation decks. In addition, the research manager will work with the team to develop pertinent databases on various real estate asset classes as well as macroeconomic and financial indicators that bear an impact on the real estate sector.

- Also, the research manager will work on bespoke assignments for a varied set of clients including developers, funds, banks, and equity research houses.

We are looking for a suitable candidate with prior experience in the real estate research and consulting domain and someone who is abreast of the latest happenings in the Indian economy and real estate sector.

- 6 years of experience in real estate research & consulting

- Presently employed with the IPCs, management consulting firms, or large KPOs tracking the Indian real estate sector

- Strong writing skills along with a high level of proficiency in creating presentation decks and research notes

- Good understanding of PAN India real estate markets and macro-economic data

- Proficiency in analysing and interpreting company data and financial statements
