Key Performance Measures:

Duties & Responsibilities:
1) Leading ANAROCK's brand building in the city/Region by being the face and voice of the company across Social, print and other media like Business conferences. Partnering with Marketing and Research for this purpose
2) Build long term relationships and strategic alliances with Developers/Brokers by understanding their needs and delivering high quality service and prepare strategic plans accordingly
3) Work with Developers to market their projects
4) To be the profit center for the division by enhancing the business growth
5) Work towards developing productive business relationships with key partners, collaborators & facilitate an effective business model for Residential sales
6) Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of Developer's/Broker's business and key factors influencing their requirement for our services
7) Responsible for meeting and exceeding monthly/quarterly/annual targets (CP count, sales, revenue, cost, app usage metrics, projects onboarded etc.)
8) Responsible for end-to-end operations for the assigned market/Region, including but not limiting to CP acquisition, Sales/CRM, BD & other services

7) External - Building trust and gaining respect, and providing superior client service through listening to clients, anticipating their needs, delivering the value they expect and supporting their long-term success

9) Transfer of processes, knowledge, skills and expertise to organisation
