About the job: We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of proven experience in recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
2. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
3. Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
4. Screen resumes and interview candidates to ensure they meet the required qualifications.
5. Manage the interview process and coordinate with hiring managers and candidates.
6. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
7. Stay informed about industry trends and innovative recruiting techniques.
8. Take care of onboarding and documentation of new joiners on the first day.
9. Coordinate with different stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding process.
10. Open to take up additional responsibilities of the HR function as and when required.
Requirements:
1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruiting for both technical and non-technical positions.
2. Proven track record of successfully filling positions in a timely manner.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
