Anarock - Product Manager

Responsibilities:

The Basics:

1. Goal setting, PRD writing, managing project execution, A/B testing, defining product roll-out strategy

2. Proven experience and passion for building great products

3. Multiple successful products launch under your belt

4. Has gotten hands dirty shipping features across various platforms (iOS, Android, and Web)

5. 3+ years consumer internet product management experience

Eligibility:

1. A min of 3+ years of product management experience with a sound understanding of complete product lifecycle is a must

2. Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment, while building extensible and scalable solutions

3. Experience with consumer internet products or marketplaces

4. Passionate about design, aptitude for search, obsession with delightful user experience, and ability to bridge the online and offline world

5. World class product vision, strategy, planning, development, and execution

6. Strong analytical, data, and troubleshooting skills

7. Excellent written and oral communication skills

8. Creative problem solver. Able to identify real obstacles and viable solutions

9. Outcome-oriented. Not reactionary articulates the desired outcome and works collaboratively to create a path to achieve it

10. Deep understanding of technical architecture for complex and highly scalable web and mobile applications

11. Ability to quickly absorb technical concepts and effectively simplify and communicate them to a non-technical audience
