TITLE & ROLE Product Evangelist (Mumbai) :
This Position focuses on product critic, propositions, design insights, consumer insights and intelligence to help cities win and secure mandates by collaborating between city heads and developers.
This position focuses on :
1. Providing key inputs to all the ANAROCK Mandates from a design perspective, with value propositions in aspects such as designs, Layouts, Amenities, Materials etc.
2. Product evaluation and its positioning from Market standing, in comparison to competitions. Assessing the project by its location, connectivity, typology, product segment and product mix vis- vis competitions.
3. Value Proposition to developers with product insights from various stake holders across geographies such as Channel Partners, Consumers and Sales teams.
5. Recommend Innovative approaches and solutions to the Problem statement focusing on Consumer pain points and aspirations
6. Setting-up Processes, Standardization and templates for analysis of each segment of project, ranging from Affordable to uber Luxury.
LOCATION: ONE BKC, MUMBAI
Key Traits :
1. Overall experience of 12+ years in product strategy with proven track record in Product Design, management from reputed Real estate developer across residential and commercial.
2. Educational Qualification B.Arch/M.Arch/Masters in Planning/Masters in Construction Management PG (Top B Schools only)
3. Excellent communication, team, networking, and collaboration skills to work across cross teams.
4. Strong Analytical and Problem solving skills and Business acumen
