- Strengthen the current business process architecture for Pune & Ahmedabad

- Help the city heads achieve their business goals by defining a road map for teams across functions

- Analyze existing business structure and make improvements to achieve greater operational productivity

Mandate Strategy

- Assist the sales team in onboarding new clients by demonstrating ANAROCKs capability, analyzing micro market data and drawing insights that are crucial in achieving the targets

- Define the project and sales life cycle by analyzing the current scenario and come up with innovative ideas to achieve higher sales numbers

- Defining targets for cross functional teams and ensuring adherence during the mandate life cycle

Mandate Evaluation

- Tracking the planned vs actual numbers for all functions in the mandate

- Conduct mandate reviews on a fortnightly basis with developer and Internal teams

- Highlight gaps if any in lead servicing to team leads and business leads on a bi-weekly basis for all projects

- Use CRM for data analysis and help sales team with data of marketing campaigns
