About the role:We are currently seeking a talented and experienced HR Business Partner to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of proven experience in Business Partnering with both technical and non-technical business units.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Strategic HR Partnering: Collaborate with business leaders to understand their objectives and challenges, and develop HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
2. Talent Acquisition and Management: Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates. Develop strategies for talent retention and career development.
3. Employee Relations: Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance, counseling, and conflict resolution as needed. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
4. Performance Management: Conduct performance management processes to evaluate employee performance, provide feedback, and support professional growth. Facilitate goal-setting and performance appraisal processes.
5. HR Analytics and Reporting: Utilize HR data and metrics to analyze trends, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions. Prepare regular reports and dashboards to communicate HR metrics and insights.
6. Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives by guiding change management principles, communication strategies, and employee engagement tactics.
7. Employee Engagement and Culture: Develop and implement initiatives to foster employee engagement, promote a positive organizational culture, and enhance employee satisfaction and morale.
8. HR Business Partnering: Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing strategic HR guidance and support on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent management initiatives.
9. Collaboration and Communication: Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure HR initiatives are effectively communicated and implemented across the organization.
10. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on HR trends, best practices, and industry developments. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements within the HR function.
11. Compliance and Risk Management: Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies. Mitigate HR-related risks through effective risk management strategies and practices.
12. Vendor Management: Manage relationships with HR service providers, vendors, and external partners to ensure quality service delivery and cost-effectiveness.
Requirements:1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. An advanced degree or certification in HR (e.g., MBA, SHRM-CP, SPHR) is preferred.
2. Experience: Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in HR roles, with at least 3 years of experience in HR Business Partnering or similar strategic HR roles.
3. Strategic Mindset: Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to understand business objectives and translate them into effective HR strategies and initiatives.
4. Business Acumen: Solid understanding of business operations, financial principles, and industry trends. Ability to partner with business leaders to drive organizational success through HR solutions.
5. Talent Management Expertise: Experience in talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, and employee engagement strategies. Proven track record of developing and retaining top talent.
6. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex HR concepts to diverse audiences. Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
7. Problem-Solving Abilities: Proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to identify issues, analyze root causes, and develop practical solutions. Strong decision-making skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
8. Ethical Conduct: High integrity and ethical conduct with a commitment to upholding HR best practices, confidentiality, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
9. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in HRIS systems, MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and other relevant HR tools and technologies. Experience with HR analytics and reporting is desirable.
