Responsibilities :
- Creating and executing a strong performance marketing strategy & execution plan.
- Developing and managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns.
- Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC
- Ensuring successful planning, execution, optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels.
- Identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics
- Working closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results.
- Establishing Partner Brands with prominence on the App - collaborate with tech and business teams
- Ensure high engagement with Households across category pages - increasing DAUs/ MAUs/ Time spent per session
- Working closely with Business Heads to structure Deals & Campaigns for brands according to festivals, events across cities & languages to increase conversion
- Use Data gather to ensure that Households are targeted with customised campaigns/ deals for increasing page views and impression.
- Using Market information/ intelligence regularly to improve engagement on the app to increase transactions.
- Developing advertising and sales promotion strategies for projects / RWAs at City & Micro Market levels.
- Implementing advertising campaigns on various social media platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and Twitter. Proficient in managing listing on leading Real Estate portals.
- Brainstorming ideas and creating communication material for internal and external audiences.
- Digital Marketing- Lead Generation Activities :
a. Organic :
i. SEO
ii. SMO
iii. Handling Third party vendors
iv. Develop Campaign Directions
v. Content writing for website & other social media platforms.
b. In Organic :
i. SEM
ii. SMM
BTL :
- Develop BTL campaigns & events for promoting various real estate projects with corporates, brokers and affiliate channels
- Deliver educational and promotional workshops and seminars for company branding and career development in various management institutes.
- Initiate and maintain contacts with company's stakeholder's viz. clients, developers, RWAs etc.
Skills and Personality:
- Closure oriented with excellent number skills
- Multi discipline instinct since this job has strong dependencies on Tech, data and media marketing
- Strong on Digital thinking - ideally, full career in Digital companies
- Strong communication skill
- Atleast 5 years + of experience required in performance marketing
- Go-getter attitude resulting in high decibel of competitiveness
