We are looking for a candidate for our Learning & Development team for India-West team who will be performing below roles and responsibilities
1. Deliver training programs to all ANAROCK & Open Market Residential verticals in Western Region
2. On-site skill observation, relevant training to be delivered on project sites
3. To provide on-field hand holding & coaching support on skills
4. To create content on domain & skills
5. Closely work with regional sales heads on sales effectiveness through training interventions
6. Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) through field observation
7. Measure program effectiveness through agent productivity & create a Plan of Action for support
8. Liaison with local training agencies for relevant training programs
9. Roll out monthly & quarterly training calendars
10. Regular travel required to micro-markets in all locations including outstation travel.
- Excellent Communication Skills. B2B & B2C. Training delivery to Sales Team mandatory
- Prefer candidates from Beauty, Real Estate, and Insurance Industry.
- Must be willing to travel.
