HR Business Partner
At ANAROCK, The Human Resources Business Partner role (HRBP) acts as a trusted advisor to business leaders and employees, providing HR expertise and support in various functions. The HRBP aligns HR strategies with business goals to drive performance and foster a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders to understand and support their strategic goals through effective HR initiatives.
- Employee Relations: Manage employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and provide solutions to resolve conflicts and improve employee satisfaction.
- Talent Management: Support talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies to build a high-performing workforce.
- Performance Management: Guide the performance appraisal process, provide coaching, and facilitate feedback discussions.
- Payroll and Compliance and Operations: Ensure HR practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements, payroll, Operations, documentation and company policies
- HR Analytics: Use data and analytics to drive HR decisions and measure the effectiveness of HR programs.
