Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through various sourcing methods.

- Conduct orientation and onboarding processes for new hires.

- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders and departments, guiding on HR-related matters.

- Collaborate with managers to address employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent resolution.

- Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.

- Implement and drive HR initiatives that align with business goals.

- Oversee HR operations, including benefits administration, payroll coordination, and HRIS maintenance.

- Manage employee records and maintain accurate HR databases.

- Handle day-to-day HR inquiries and provide support to employees on HR-related matters.

Qualifications:

- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven experience as an HR Generalist with a focus on talent acquisition, business partnering, and operations.

- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR best practices.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).

- Experience with HRIS implementation and management.

- Demonstrated success in employee engagement and retention strategies.

- Preference for immediate joiners
