About the Role

The marketing function is responsible for helping build the category of flexible working, listening to the changing workspace needs of individuals and organisations in today's world and empowering them with the right environment to be able to make magic everywhere, every single day, thereby leading the growth of the business. We aim to do this by thought leadership in our content, deep understanding of our users through constant listening and research, increasing their awareness about our products & solutions through scalable channels, recruiting new users to our tribe and constantly increasing engagement with existing users by finding ways to make ourselves more relevant in their lives. We believe in the power of user & product thinking and data-driven insights and actions.

We are looking for someone to join our leadership team and build the Growth function for the next leg of our journey and lead the thinking on Marketing & the FlexiPass product.

Role and Responsibilities

As the head of Growth & Marketing, your KRAs will be divided into two major buckets:

Marketing - Category Building, Brand Building & Enabling overall business growth

- Leading the thinking & delivery of category, brand and product growth campaigns

- Owning SEO and organic traffic building across all of the company's owned assets like the Website, Mobile Apps and Blog

- Growing the company's presence and building channel-specific POV including category leadership, user brand, product & employer brand across all media channels.

- Planning monthly and quarterly growth with all business heads & owning performance marketing initiatives across all paid traction channels, including overall lead generation numbers, lead quality and lead acquisition costs.

Product Led Growth - User research, acquisition, engagement & retention

- Leading the FlexiPass P&L and the growth of the overall FlexiPass product

- Owning key growth metrics like Revenue, LTV, User Growth, User Retention & DAU

- Driving all user research initiatives to feed insights into the product roadmap and marketing & growth campaigns

- Owning user journeys and automated communication through all channels to drive product-led growth on both acquisition & retention for all products

- Leading all product marketing initiatives and strategic partnerships for all of the company's owned product assets

Requirements

- Fondness for one's craft, people who truly love what they do

- Previous experience in Start-Up growth roles (Scaled Company to Series B / C)

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in marketing & tech-enabled product growth

- Sound & structured first-principles approach to problem solving

- Superlative ability to crack problems and building sustainable and scalable playbooks

- Deep thinking with an extremely strong bias for action and an obsession with making all aspects of growth and marketing measurable

- Familiarity with all major aspects of growth & marketing in the tech world including SEO, SEM, digital media channels, product-led growth with expertise in User & Product Thinking

- Demonstrated experience in leading teams, functions & grooming the next batch of leaders
