As the Head of Corporate Marketing, you will be leading the team responsible for building the ANAROCK Group brand story for India and globally. The role will focus on brand management, digital and social media outreach, media relations, stakeholder management (internal and external), global partnerships, thought leadership initiatives, content creation for businesses, events, awards as well as internal communications. Need to be adept at understanding industry trends, conceptualizing and driving initiatives in collaboration with business teams.
Responsibilities :
- Define and execute corporate marketing and brand strategy, resulting in consistent branding, messaging and positioning.
- Engaging with business verticals and regional sales teams towards thought leadership, positioning, content creation and communication.
- Working closely with support functions, especially Research team to generate interesting and engaging content.
- Creating business messaging for PR and social media in different formats (video, static).
- Leading social media marketing strategy and content marketing.
- Leading thought leadership initiatives across verticals - engagement with industry bodies through knowledge partnerships/conferences.
- Leading employee engagement and community engagement initiatives in association with HR.
- Output KPIs would be ANAROCK SoV, Brand Saliency (among Developers); employer equity, trade equity (awareness among channel partners).
Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in marketing, preferably some of those in the real estate industry. Should have a Creative Agency background, either presently or in the past
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful B2B communications, content and brand campaigns.
- Skilled and proven experience bringing new creative campaigns and ideas to life.
- Track record of creating a niche for the brand in an already cluttered environment that aligns it with current market and customer priorities.
- Successfully utilizing events as a key platform for growth in awareness and demand generation.
- Proven track record in building, getting buy-in and executing marketing plans, and staying focused on "getting it done" in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain and translate complex concepts into simple and intuitive communications.
- Use data to analyse outcomes and make informed decisions.
