We are looking for a growth hacker to develop and execute growth strategies to increase awareness and adoption across all products of Anarock. Our ideal candidate is a passionate experienced B2B product marketer with a deep understanding of growth methodologies, working with various stakeholders across business lines to drive growth.
Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Pioneer the GTM playbooks for growth that will be used by multiple products across ANAROCK.
2. Run marketing campaigns and other growth initiatives end-to-end: ideate experiments, develop campaign strategy, and drive execution of the campaign through completion.
3. Experiment and test new channels to communicate with our existing customers to drive engagement.
4. Partner with our Analytics team to measure the impact of each campaign, and develop ways to scale our campaign.
5. Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, sales, marketing, analytics, and creative to meet ambitious growth targets
6. Build ANAROCK brand in the tech community, with collaborations and participation and representation on various conferences, meets, and platforms.
7. Own content for ANAROCK Technology across platforms - blogs, website, B2B marketing
Desired Skills and Experience :
- 3-4 years of work experience in marketing, with at least 1-2 years of experience in marketing for a B2B company.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; understanding of the tech space.
- Proven ability to develop creative solutions for ambiguously defined problems.
- Track record of rolling out successful large scale marketing campaigns.
- Strategize, design, plan, and implement growth experiments, from generating ideas to analysis of experiment results.
- Aligning the different stakeholders across products on a single page about Growth.
- A self-starter, who loves to take on hard problems and has a high affinity to collaborate in a startup atmosphere
