Key Responsibilities:

- Perform financial analysis, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.

- Prepare financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.

- Provide financial guidance to the organization, including recommendations for cost savings and revenue enhancement.

- Conduct research and analysis on financial data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements.

- Collaborate with other departments under ANAROCK Group to gather financial data and ensure accuracy of financial reports.

- Develop and maintain financial models and other analytical tools to support decision-making.

- Participate in special projects as assigned.

Functional Responsibilities:

- Prepare Information Memorandum & Business model for all transactions.

- Assist the deal team in doing primary and secondary research for the sector and project to be funded.

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for relevant inputs for the transaction

- Assist the deal team in conducting site visits with identified investors/ clients.

- Coordinate with investors/ lenders for evaluation of transaction and successful closure

- Work in close coordination with client team to conclude legal, technical and financial due diligence of the client entities.

- Create modules for sharing information on the proposal with the relevant stakeholders.

Strategic Responsibilities:

- Ideate & recommend new project, process developments.

- Manage innovative sales processes that are competitively benchmarked.

- Drive business in a manner to maintain operational, process and regulatory compliance and also ensure quality is maintained.

Qualifications:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) first attempt - Mandatory

- MBA from Tier 1 & 2 Business Schools

- 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis and reporting

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and modelling.

- Excellent financial analysis skills coupled with superlative PowerPoint and presentation.

- Ability to read, decipher and interpret balance sheet and financial statements especially with respect to real estate companies/developers.

- Collaborative mindset and a team player

- Should come either from a banking platform or top tier investment banking platform.
