Commercial SAAS Sales Representative:

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Deputy City Head for SAAS Sales to join our Mumbai Office, focusing on the commercial office space management sector. This individual will be responsible for driving sales of our innovative SAAS solutions tailored to enhance office space management, tenant engagement, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SAAS, the commercial real estate market, and B2B sales strategies with a strong Developers Network.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution:

- Identify, target, and acquire new business opportunities within the commercial office space sector.

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue goals.

- Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers, including Developers, property managers, landlords, corporate real estate professionals and OAMs.

Client Relationship Management:

- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and upsell opportunities.

- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs.

- Act as a trusted advisor, providing solutions to client challenges using our SaaS platform.

Reporting:

- Provide regular sales forecasts, updates, and reports to leadership.

- Collaborate on campaigns and initiatives to drive lead generation and brand awareness.

Qualifications Required:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

2. Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the real estate or property management sector.

3. Strong understanding of the commercial office space ecosystem.

4. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
