TITLE & ROLE & MARKETS : Business Lead, Luxury BAU Second Home West
1. The person will be responsible to build supply from developers interms of villas, plots, farm land, row houses under BAU format.
2. The responsibility includes BD, Sales and distribution, P&L management, building team etc.
3. He/she to build HNI network to drive high ticket transactions
4. Markets
a. Konkan Coastal Line Alibaug, Kashed, Murud, Dapoli etc.
b. Sahyadri Hills Lonavala, Khandala, Kamshet, Talegaon, Igatpuri, Karjat, Pali, Panchgani, Mahabaleshwar
c. Western belt Palghar, Manor and more
d. Goa

Key Traits:
1. 12 to 15 years of experience in Real estate and selling HNI BAU format.
2. Experience in doing transaction beyond 8 crs plus in plotted development and luxury second home format.
3. Should have worked in mentioned markets.
4. Strong one on one HNI connect (domestic and international)
